I have always had a pleasant experience at this shop. Whether it’s an oil change or car repairs, they always do an excellent job and get my car back to me in a timely manner. Special shoutout to Julie at the front desk and Chevy in the shop for providing exceptional customer service and showing me what needs to be repaired on my car, rather than just telling me. The prices are also outstanding for what is provided! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend this shop, this is the only place I trust.

***Customers beware***I brought my vehicle here to have an oxygen sensor replaced and provided the replacement part myself. The shop charged me labor for the installation. After leaving, I went to get the vehicle smog tested and it failed due to the same oxygen sensor issue, which immediately raised concerns. I then took the vehicle to another shop, where they inspected it and confirmed that the oxygen sensor had never been replaced. Before-and-after photos clearly show that the original sensor remained on the vehicle after this shop supposedly performed the work. To make matters worse, the oxygen sensor that I purchased and provided to them for installation was never returned to me. Because I was charged for work that was not performed and my part was not returned, I have filed a sepa

I honestly cant say enough good things about Chevy and his team. My challenger only comes here or the dealer. I have life time warranty on my car and hes always triple checking that they are doing everything to follow manufacturers regulations. I know that not all the purrfect auto locations offer the same experience but I HIGHLY recommend giving this location a try.

Since I experienced the friendly, professional and fast service of this auto service two years ago, I have not gone shopping for s better auto shop. Julie at the counter, was also very helpful and efficient in explaining my auto needs.. Their the best! 👍🤗

Came in to get a part installed for emissions test compliance, the guy in charge (Chevy) brought me into the garage and showed me what needed to be fixed over time. I had a very pleasant conversation with him and walked away feeling like he cares about me and my vehicle’s well being. I know that going to the mechanic is stressful and can sometimes be expensive, and it’s especially frustrating when, like myself you have no understanding of modern automotive technology. Chevy helped me figure out a plan of action for getting my car back to tip top condition, and he inspired me to keep a great car and maintain it instead of selling it “because it’s getting old”.
