Great experience, he did a great job. He initially looked at it for no charge to tell me what the problem was. They were both so nice and the price was great, I believe his name is Rich and his wife is Megan. I was expecting it to be more than it was by the price quotes online. I would definitely recommend Pursley to anyone, I have already recommended them to my family and if I have any other issues I will be going there again.

I don’t have a lot of experience being a customer as opposed to being “the wrench “, but Rich was highly recommended by a couple of family members so I decided to give Pursley Auto Repair a try. I found Rich to be very easy to communicate with and so we proceeded. As it turned out, obtaining unforeseen parts for my 1965 Plymouth repairs created a hiccup in getting the job done, but Rich was gracious and patient even though I was feeling uncomfortable for taking up shop space while waiting for parts. Regardless of all that the job was completed and I am very happy with the whole experience.

I had a great experience with our new community auto shop Pursley Automotive. I was traveling to eastern WA and needed my AC checked quickly they fit me in right away, diagnosed and repaired a major leak. The AC worked for me on the trip but not to its full potential. They got me back in real quick and adjusted a few things to optimize performance. Great family runs the shop. Very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Excellent experience all around. Megan at the front desk is very responsive. Whatever software they use to integrate their communication/quote/photos/invoice is very sharp. I appreciate that everything can be sent and communicated via text. As for the work itself, I asked for my inner and outer tie rods to be replaced followed by an alignment - steering feels great! Night and day difference. I am so glad we have such a great shop here in Allyn. Thank you Richard and Megan!
