Hello, To whom that may be looking for a Auto Body shop look no further PUZ'S is your place. My husband was involved in a accident with a 18 wheeler. In my 2019 Dodge challenger so you can only imagine what it did to the left side of my 2 door car... But let me tell you i went to pick up my car today, and you couldn't tell it was involved in an accident. They went over and beyond exceeded my expectations. They cleaned her inside & out, also changed minor things that needed some attention. They were very professional, and kept me updated every step of the way. Thank you PUZ'S auto body shop. I would highly recommend to any and everyone 🤗

My fender liner was damaged when I pulled in too close to the curb to park. I didn't know the extent of the damage, or what to expect from repair estimates. The first body shop that I went to gave me a quote of $1300, without offering any discussion of what had happened or why it cost so much to repair. I was incredulous that slowly scraping the curb could have done so much damage! When I went to Puz's for a second estimate, however, I got answers to all my questions: that the $1300 quote was accurate for a repair to make it all like-new again, and that it's common for drivers who accidently damage their own cars to disbelieve that the damage could be that costly, but that there *were* alternative options for the repair that would make the care driveable, not like-new but without affectin

What a great local business! Hadn’t heard of Puz’s prior to the recommendation from our local State Farm Newark office - so happy with the work completed & the customer service provided was great, most notably because I Had to have damage repaired following a parking lot hit, not a fun surprise. Thank you :). I Will definitely be recommending Puz’s to family & friends for any car bodywork needs they may have in the future. Very nice people, very knowledgeable & helpful- many thanks! (So neat this family business has been operating since 1980! Love that!)

These folks did a great job on two cars we had in at about the same time (yes, two in our family were hit by others!). They have a high level of integrity and do quality work. They took good care of both of our cars and treated us well!

I have brought my car to Puz's twice and both times I have been extremely impressed with the quality of the work and the customer service. Fran, Tammy and their staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I had to move around the date I was bringing my car in multiple times due to unforeseen circumstances and each time they were completely understanding and accommodating. Puz's made the experience as effortless as possible on my end, handling everything with the insurance and the rental car company. The work is always completed quickly, efficiently and my car always looks good as new. I will return for my future auto body needs.
