I called in a Tow for my Chevy Malibu that needed a transmission, they ordered one let me bring my own transmission fluid & turnaround time was fast, they call you for updates & will take all questions and concerns. I recommend any vehicle to come down to Q3 check them out 5/5 all the way. Need quality fast efficient knowledgeable mechanic in area Q3 is the shop to come. My first experience with Q3, but not my last. I had an issue that was causing the coolant Level to appear low. No leaks were detected. Q3 addressed the issue, got approval from my service agreement company, got the part, fixed the vehicle within two days my vehicle is running like new. Not to mention we are in the middle of everything being slower that normal so when you visit any repair shop give grace so you can receive the same. Thanks Q3 you guys completely rock!! The staff was warm and friendly. They were very accommodating even though they were extremely busy. They were fair and equitable with the quotes. It was a very pleasant experience.

I WOULD NOT recommend bringing your car to this shop if you're looking for communication, understanding, and trust—even if I were on my last leg. It took three months to complete a job they claimed would start the next day (October 2nd), according to Von R. Black (shop owner). I had a blown head gasket on my 2012 Jaguar XJL V8 Supercharged engine (85K miles), affecting cylinders 2, 4, and 6. Before work began, I showed them a video of the issue. They agreed to an engine rebuild and estimated $5,600 before the timing job, citing another full rebuild at $14K (which wasn’t my case). They would update me after dismantling the engine, which wasn’t running due to water on a cylinder, likely 6. November 5th: They finally sent a picture of my engine dismantled—over a month late. November 12th:

Best car service. I came in with an older vehicle 89 Toyota Corolla. They did the diagnostic and found many leaks within valves and hoses for oil and such. They were able to get whatever they could to make sure my vehicle was in good working order when I got it back. Seeing that it was an older car it did have a lot of wear and tear over the years. Somehow during just running, a pretty bad coolant leak came from just driving it normally. This was only after a week from when they did the work. Long story short to spare the details I was able to bring it back on a Saturday and they were able diagnose and fix the vehicle very quickly. It only needed a hose clamp and I probably would’ve seen that if I had better eyes. Nevertheless this shop is very good and takes care to make sure your car is
