They consistently provide service for our vehicles, ensure that anything that may need to be addressed in the future and is forceable is communicated to you ahead of time. John and Alex both like to make sure you are aware of everything going on with your vehicle that they can see. They have fit me in for emergency situations and I’ve trusted John with my vehicles for well over 15 years now. They also have U-Haul services available now!

We cannot thank John at QA Car enough! We came up to Lake George on a camping trip and on our last day getting ready to head back home our brakes went! No signs prior to this did we hear anything to worry about. We found QA and he was not only able to squeeze us in the same day but we received the car back within a few hours with brand new front brakes and rotors. John, thank you once again! I showed up at QACARCARE with a big red battery light and no power steering in my F150 truck. John was very friendly and accommodating. He diagnosed the problem (which was the alternator), procured the appropriate part and installed it the next day at a reasonable price... Exactly what he said he would do. It's nice to know there are guys like this out there that truly care about their customers. I highly recommend this shop.

We were in Ticonderoga from out of town and heard our brakes grinding. John was awesome. Very accommodating, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The work was impeccable and reasonably priced on parts and labor. Couldn’t thank him more for all his help to keep us safe in our travels.
