Went bc my check engine light was on. Guy was very nice initially, told me the problem and that he could fix it. I stood in his shop to order the parts I needed to make sure they were the right parts, he confirmed. Needed a catalytic converter, got it on ebay. Well when it came time to put the part on, he called me and said it didnt fit, and he had to weld it on and it would be an extra $250, and if he didnt weld it on he would still charge me the full price to put the old one back on bc he already took it off. I told him go ahead. When I got to my car, check engine light was still on. Think he cared? Told me I needed one that fits properly for it to go off. Had another mechanic tell me he screwed me by welding it on bc he knew it was too small and now I have to pay someone to take it off

QR Auto has always been exceptional experience, so years later I'm finally writing this. Always hard finding a reliable shop especially as a female. Quincy and staff has always been straight to the point with reasonable prices. I'm Thankful for each time they worked with me even giving other suggestions if necessary which assures me I'm not just another ticket #. As a connoisseur I've seeked other shops but many lessons and dollars later, I'm not going no where. I had to review my forever home a 5 Star. They also work with an in city part stores and a few mechanics always on site so I'm always in and out. Highly recommend

this shot was amazing. I brought my 2011 Chevy Camaro here because it was making all types of noises. They hooked me up with a good concussion test. Tell me everything that it caused tell me don’t put them cheap parts in my car anybody that knows anything I will bring my car here. It’s a QR Auto clinic.

I was referred to QR Auto Clinic by my sister. I was being overcharged by the dealership and wanted a service provider I could trust. I found it right here. I was greeted with a smile, given honest feedback on what my car needed and what could wait. This type of professionalism is rare and I’m glad I got that referral. The service was fast and done correctly. They were communicative as well. My only gripe is that the service was more expensive than I expected it to be due to the fact that the initial diagnostics charge is added on to the cost of the repair. So even though parts and labor were only $330.00, I ended up having to pay over $500.00 for the cost of the repair.
