Q's Quality Cars LLC

Got my daughter’s graduation present from Q’s quality cars. The service was impeccable and the quality of cars that were on the lot was impressive. We chose the Q30 and have been so happy. Thank you Q Quality cars for your service, knowledge and professionalism as your customer service and care is truly appreciated. Lonnie & Arnedja

They were helpful with pairing me with the vehicle that I wanted. No rush, no hassle and help me set up my blue tooth when I was not being as clear minded as I could be. Will let me know to call if I needed anything. Bobby was instrumental in getting the vehicle when I needed.

I have had issues since the moment I bought a Volvo from here I’ve had to spend more money fixing it up than I did buying it. I was sold a lemon! They took advantage of the fact that I do not know much about cars and lied saying the car I bought car parts are affordable only to find out the car parts are more expensive than usual cars. I was pregnant and trying to do what I needed for me and my kids and they took full advantage, no morals! I was also lied to and told the oil levels were good before I left and they weren’t. And one of their workers is a creep who made me very uncomfortable, KNOWING I was pregnant!

The whole experience at Q’s Quality Cars was amazing! This was my first time ever purchasing a car, and I walked away with a 2018 Infiniti QX30. Will and the entire staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout the process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — 10/10 recommend!

This place is i rip off. My daughter bought a 2013 VW EOS from this place against my wishes. She has only had the car about 5 months and it's been in the shop at least 4 time. We replaced the alternator, battery, AC, there is a oil leak in the turbo booster and now this morning the car would not start. My neighbor son also bought a car from here and within 2 months the car died and now it need an 8,000.00 engine repair. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED DEALERSHIP!!!!! THEY SELL JUNK CARS and ABSOLUTELY NO, HELP. ONCE YOU PURCHASE THE CAR!!!!
