I was in need of a wheelchair accessible van for my niece. After searching what seemed like the entire state of Ga, I came across Quail Customs and I’m grateful that I did. These gentlemen provided great customer service and knowledge. There’s not enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation.

Nice people that are experts in vehicle conversions and accessibility! They are literally the only ones in Middle Georgia. No joke. The. Only. Ones. Otherwise you have to end up in Albany (also their business) or in Marietta. These guys will get you rolling with a pretty quick turnaround. Make sure you bring your driving certification and recommended modifications sheets from your driver eval person (or your drive evaluation person can email it). You can't get mods done without those!

Quail County Customs installed the lift for my electric wheelchair and did a great job. My last visit was for a warranty issue. The retractor motor is weak and needs to be replaced. This is being done under warranty. No problem. Excellent service.

They went above and beyond with the installation and work they did. Showed me how to use my lift, gave me tips on the use of it and were polite, kind, and very patient. Should be the go to in the area. Amazing
