Absolutely Outstanding Community! Quail Ridge in Oro Valley has exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the friendly atmosphere and welcoming residents made us feel right at home. The staff go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels comfortable, supported, and truly part of the community. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, and the sense of neighborly connection here is unmatched. Whether joining activities, enjoying the scenic surroundings, or just relaxing with friends, every day feels fulfilling and enjoyable. Great place to live and visit. Friendly people who are community oriented. Safe and secure in lovely Catalina, North Tucson.

Outrageous monthly space rent (including trash pick-up only) - is $810. Renters have to pay separately for: electric, water, gas, sewer service, internet, phone, and more..............We are not interested.

Took some time to get use to living here,after living on 3 acers for 45 year's in Catalina. Still having issues,with living so close to neighbors But all in all it's a great place to live

Very nice community. Big lots and nice manufactured homes. Just a little pricier than we are hoping to find.
