I'd definitely recommend this business for high quality, kind & caring work!! We stopped through on our way from Minnesota to Montana, with a break issue on our Expedition. They got our vehicle in right away, and changed the break pads, and rotors. The staff was very kind, and caring to our family of 6! They got us set up in the waiting area, and we were in, and our way faster then we expected! The cost was definitely better then expected as well. Thank you guys! We definitely recommend your services!

They had my husband’s vehicle for over 6+ months. He kept giving them more money before they said they would work on it. So he continuously gave thousands. Way more than the first estimate! When he called for an update, the guy told my husband they have not been working on it because they don’t think my husband can afford the bill! Oh and then added on some storage fees! What kind of shop charges STORAGE fees while it is there to be worked on!! My husband got the run around every time he checked in. They just needed more and more and more money. Come to find out, it has been sitting. We had to have it towed over 300 miles (to where we live). They refuse to refund or even waive the storage fees! I would NOT recommend!

My work truck broke down and left me stranded in Valley City on my way back to Bismarck. It was about 430 pm, the day after Christmas. There are no vehicle rental companies in Valley City. Service manager in the diesel shop helped get me set up with a rental car over at the Ford dealer and gave me a ride. Great service, thanks!

Id love to support a local company, but I brought my vehicle in twice to have an alignment and it came out worse then it went in.. once before new suspension components were installed and right after brought it in again. I got the car the only thing that was accomplished emptying out my pockets of the little I had and a vehicle that handled worse on the road.

They got my job done on my truck. However, they are highly expensive.
