Horrible communication! First contact with staff, Addy, was very professional and courteous. Waited 2 weeks, I had to call to find out they received my quote, accepted my job, and were waiting for parts. The job would take 5 days. I waited 7 days. Had to call again to find out parts needed to be reordered, and the job would take 5 more days. Finally the job is done and the work looks great, even detailed my interior. I was referred to this place by multiple people in my life, only to feel very unpleasant about the whole interaction.

The best Auto body shop in Minnesota. Easy to work with and Addi kept us informed of our vehicle every step of the way. I would recommend this shop. Hands down, it's the best!

Gary From Quality Auto Shop Replaced my Bumper and Head Lamps I'm very Happy with the work that was done ........I will be doing future business With this Shop !!! Well I've been in to see Gary 2 more times since the visit with the Bumper and Head Lamps , Now a right front quarter panel and a New Hood and A Back Bumper then a Full Paint Job Couldn't be any happier of the work they did on My Chevy Colbolt. My car looks Beautiful again !!!! I just wanna say this Shop does Excellent Work and I will always send my Friends and Acquaintances their way!!!! Very Kind and Thoughtful Folks !!! When we sustained damage to our vehicle from hitting a deer and needed to choose a body shop we turned to Google reviews. Quality Auto Body was honestly the first and only body shop we ended up looking at and that was largely due to how highly recommended Gary and his team were. We were sure this whole process of getting our vehicle fixed was going to be a major headache. That was not so. Gary and his team took great care of us. In less than a week we had our vehicle back and it looked even better than before. Gary was so easy to talk to and gave our minds a sense of peace by reassuring us that everything would be taken care of.
