I meant to leave this review before but kept forgetting due to being busy with life and kept spacing it but I'm actively making an excellent review for this beyond excellent auto bodyshop. As a woman, it's hard to find an auto bodyshop where you don't feel like you're being taken advantage of on repairs, money and overall, being tossed around about your car. I've been here before and have absolutely loved the service I've received from Steven and his dad (the two that run the shop) and about a month ago, I got in a car accident on Firestone in Downey, called my insurance company and gave them Steven's number to fix my vehicle. Steven has been responsive to my texts and calls, not just to me but with my insurance company, he also has been very accommodating to getting work done on my car,

My car was a victim of a hit and run. My right mirror was completely broken, I search on google for the best body shop near me, this guys came up on my search, I decided to give it a try. Quality Auto Body exceed my expectations, they gave me a couple options and a great price to fix it. Customer service was also excellent!

Steven and his father are great people. Their customer service is top shelf and the work they do is fantastic. Transparent, reasonably fast, and honest pricing. I highly recommend. It’s an added bonus to support a family owned business.
