I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves one as a warning to others. This auto parts shop has serious customer service issues, and unfortunately one employee in particular made the visit unbearable. From the moment I asked a simple question, I was met with dismissiveness, impatience, and a clear lack of basic professionalism. Instead of helping, he acted as if customers were an inconvenience. Information given was either incorrect or delivered with obvious indifference, and when I tried to clarify, the attitude only got worse.
