My experience initially was very good. I had originally taken my Nissan Sentra to them for a bad blower motor (it stopped blowing AC/heat). They fixed that, recharged the system, etc. The AC was still inconsistently cold but that was likely due to some other issue. Fast forward a month, my serpentine belt breaks. It breaks within a mile of this shop, so I sluggishly drive it to the shop, likely causing further damage (or so I thought). They repaired the serpentine belt and told me the compressor was bad and will likely cause the belt to break again in the future if it’s not repaired. I pass on that further expensive compressor repair. I take the car. By the time I had got my car back, I had already purchased another car anyway. I stop driving this car mostly. Have had my Cadillac smog check done here and will continue to do so. Very friendly , accommodating and efficient. Done in less than 30 minutes and very affordable. Highly recommend them.

On my way to Medford Oregon from Westminster, California. 2 more hours to go, and I hit a piece of wood on the 5 fwy. Sounded really bad, pulled over. Thought it was my tire but noticed something hanging off underneath my car. It was about 6 am. Called AAA. They came pretty quickly and towed my car to Quality Auto Repair in Redding. Tget had just opened by the time i was towed in. I was relieved to know that the mechanic was able to temporarily attach the piece that fell off. Even more surprised at no charge!! I'm so thankful for not being charged. The two employees were so very nice. I very much appreciate their kindness and speedy work. I highly recommend the professionals at Quality Auto repair.

We were passing through Redding on a road trip last week when we encountered engine issues. We contacted Brandon at Quality Auto Repair and explained the situation. Although they were fully booked for the day, he squeezed us in. Frankie, the owner, took the time to personally drive our vehicle over the next two days and ran diagnostics to attempt to identify the issue. In the meantime, we were able to rent a vehicle and continue on our trip and pick up our vehicle on our way home. Frankie and his team are honest and professional and we are so thankful to have encountered them in the midst of our crisis. Highly recommend this business.

Frankie said he would pay me $170 for a vehicle with a bad engine. I sent him the title, but never received his payment. I guess if you're that hard up for money, your word means nothing. Yet another owner giving repair shops a bad name.
