I had a flat tire & searched close tire shop was happy to find I was only a mile away. Place didn't look like a normal tire shop, instead of pulling in to a bay, it's a store front that I had to park & go inside Good Year. I go inside, there was a lady who was rude. I asked if this was a tire shop, she said yes (very snarky). I explained I need my tire fixed...she said they were busy in a rude tone. So I asked if I could get my tire fix she said yes. I had to pull answers out of her. Then she said I need your keys...I give her my keys, sat for a while watched my keys sit on the counter. A worker walked in from shop area I assumed my tire would get fix but he went back out she didn't mention anything about my car to him. There was no one else there but me. I asked her where another
