Beware everyone, this is to notify everyone one who may want to buy car in this quality automotive repair service. He refused to give me title for the truck he sold for me since 05/15/2024 till date I have not gotten my title . He told me he would mail me the title in three days but to my surprise he hasn’t sent that title. Please don’t fall in to his victim like do.

This man called Quinton Arrington is a pathological liar . I bought truck from him in 05/15/2024 I paid him #30,500 I have duplicate of my cashier check with me. He told me he owed west lake finance on the truck which he showed me and I pay. This man did not pay west lake finance when I called them explain everything to them. They told me they still have that title with them. Quinton refused to pick up my call.please people help talk to this man to send me my title please be careful with this quality automative , he has not given me my title till today. I swear to god I regret my life to meet this man call Quinton. Today is 08/20/2024 I have not collected my truck title that I paid him on 05/15/2024

Worst company to work with and repair your classic car. Took a 5k loss dealing with these guys and still had to take my car elsewhere. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I could.

Terrible company. I’ve had problems with my car since purchased back in Oct. 2021. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. If you’re going to sell used cars, previous issues should be discussed before hand to let customer decide if they want to take on those issues! My very first car has been a nightmare, and they can careless no matter how many times you complain. They just want to make a sell. Ashley, Kandy, Deric, and Quentin can kick rocks with open toes shoes! Freaking ridiculous Idc. They only help with credit. Cars not worth it!

Read the reviews as I did not!Worst car buying experience ever. Paid cash in full for a truck that took a week and a half for them to fix, got it home didn't run right (never seen so much silicone on an engine)after there repairs.Drove it 90 miles till the transmission stopped working. Called and was told if I buy the parts (transmission 4,000)they would install it as if I would trust them to do a half decent job. Made several attempts to contact the owner .....Quinton..... to return vehicle, fix or give some cash back to no success. If your looking to waste your money and time look no further Quinton at Quality automotive he is your guy.
