I went to get a simple state inspection done. The woman whom I was dealing with was not only rude and insulting but absolutely just nasty in her attitude. Customer service is not well to do at this place,maybe by the kind man who works on the vehicles but not by the lady who does inspections. I walked in and and explained my registration sticker had been out since September. She scolded me on that, which was fine as she was just educating me. A man walked in behind me and was there for the same thing and they explained to him he would be next in line behind me. They asked for insurance and I had it on my phone so the lady had my phone and was looking at it.She made a comment "whew, someone is wearing way to much perfume!" Just moved to Ingleside and blinker light needed to be replaced (My car required whole bumper to be removed). Called Quality Automotive and they were able to take care of my vehicle the same day.
