Everyone at Quality Automotive is very positive and eager to help. They go the extra steps to make your experience as pleasant as possible. My vehicle had an electrical warning problem, it was quickly and professionally analyzed and repaired, I also had preventive services performed, all at a fair and affordable price. This was my first visit to Quality Automotive and needless to say I’ll be going back. I was there for an oil change but their inspection of my vehicle showed I need a few more things. Besides getting a written summary, the inspection was explained to me, even changing some of the long held thoughts I had about auto maintenance. They asked if I wanted to make an appointment to start to take care of some of my repairs but with no pressure. I’ll be calling soon to schedule.

I had an incredible experience at Quality Auto this week. I cannot for the life of me remember his name, but I had an incredible conversation with an employee who has only been working there for a month. Just a fantastic group of guys. They saw me early and had me gone in 20 minutes. Will definitely be back.

I wanted to like Quality because they are just SO polite; sending a Christmas card every year, checking in with us when it's time for a service, but WOW. My husband was told by Quality that he needed a new transmission, to the tune of $5,000. We brought his car to another mechanic, who said it was a simple leak and he repaired it for under $200. This is not the first time that they have "misdiagnosed" one of our cars, and we also noticed that they take no responsibility for their work if something goes wrong afterward. We are DONE. Turn and run!
