Returned some Uhaul equipment while they were closed. I received a call when they reopened, and they were very proactive in making sure the costs were adjusted to reflect my proper return. Pretty cool customer care.

Recently had my truck in for some work. I needed an alignment after rotating my front tires. Dave did an inspection and found ball joints needed to be replaced and I needed shocks and struts. He was thorough and didn’t ask for a diagnostic fee. They ordered the parts to replace the A frames and ball joints and let me buy my own shocks and struts. Never asked for a deposit. I feel the work was done properly and my 2016 Sierra rides and drives like new. I had some other concerns which Dave checked out also. When I went to pick up the truck my trailer hitch was missing. They guys looked around but couldn’t find it. So they offered me a new one to replace what was lost. I can’t compare their pricing to others but I can say I feel I got my moneys worth. When you call you get a voicemail but the owner does eventually return your call. My main beef is that the staff that was on duty did not know what they were doing as far as the paperwork in the office or how much the balance was to obtain the vehicle. Plus they lost the key to the vehicle which was left in the ignition due to this being an accident and the driver being transported by ambulance to the hospital. And when I got to the vehicle somebody had already went into it because there were tools of ours on the ground outside the vehicle. On top of that we had the title to the vehicle in the glove box so I informed the owner of that so I could get access to the vehicle and now he won't give me the title. And he's threatening to sell the vehicle in violation of state law after only one we

On the way back to Houston, engine check night came on. Stopped by this auto shop. Was told there shouldn't be a serious issue and instructed to watch the cooling water temperature. He provided the diagnosis for free. It turned out i was able to drive back safely. Very appreciated the service!
