Quality Body Works

THIS is the place to go if you need your car fixed, and I'm so glad I did. They worked seamlessly with my insurance, communicated well throughout the time they had my car, and the work was even completed early. They are super helpful and friendly, from the front desk, to the assessor, to the people doing the fixing. The shop itself is clean, the waiting area has good coffee, and the whole place looks rad in general and is covered in art and awesome details. Quality even got me in and out of a rental car, and when I picked my car up it looked *flawless*. All work was done with precision and care, and the paint matching was on point. When I picked up they had even cleaned out the interior, and, shockingly, there is no evidence of dogs or kids in here; just a thank you note personally signed

I am very pleased with the service I received from them. I believe I mostly dealt with Nate and Lacey but everyone (including the birthday girl, sorry forgot her name) was very nice. I wish customer service was like this everywhere. Some other things that I appreciate are: -How they helped me get to work in the morning after dropping car off at their shop. -How they made me feel comfortable and worked with me to find a plan that best fit my needs and budget. -How they made my car look, I am happy again when I see my car. :) Thank you Quality Body Works!

Quality Body works is the best eye shop in Northern California. They treated me right I recommend anybody to go to Quality Body works

Great experience. Free estimate with no appointment needed. Lady at the front desk was super sweet and welcoming and was very helpful with the whole process. Definitely recommend if you need an estimate done in Humboldt county!
