I was happy they were able to get my son's vehicle in the same day. However was disappointed with the service. I initially told them the brakes were loose and maybe it's the cylinder. The lady that worked there was rude. I am assuming she's the owners daughter. Her dad was nice and said sorry "my daughter is having a bad day". Service was paid but my son's brakes are still loose. The owner said drive it for a little bit and tell me how it feels. Felt no changes on the vehicle from the moment we brought it in to the time we picked it up. Brakes were still the same. I will be taking it to our regular mechanic. And wait for a couple weeks out if we have to. 5/20/2025 This is in response to the comment you guys left behind. My husband and I had traveled from South Dakot to see family and we had to get our brakes worked on when we arrived. The staff at Quality Brake and Auto were wonderful! The work they did was even better!!! They gave us an accurate estimate of cost and were able to get the work done by the end of the day. We highly recommend them!

Super friendly service! The owner even came in to the shop on a Holiday when they were closed to work on my vehicle because I was in need of my car for the weekend. That's really going above and beyond in my opinion. They were very honest and helpful. I will definitely be going back for future service needs.
