I've taken my car here multiple times and have had great service at a great price. However this morning I left in tears due to miscommunication and poor customer service. I made an appointment to drop my car off at 8:30 am to get inspected and to get my tires changed. I arrived and was immediately told that my appointment was not for Monday, but for Tuesday, and that they couldn't change my tires because their tire machine was down. I told the man that the girl I spoke to on the phone must have made a mistake, only to hear "No she didn't, she never makes mistakes, ever. I was right there when she told you the tire machine was down." I would not have made an appointment for Tuesday, the plan was to drop it off on Monday and pick it up on Tuesday, not that my appointment was for Tuesday. E
