I have to write this review on behalf of a good Veteran friend of mind. He purchased a 2020 Ford expedition from you all and had to install his wheel chair assembly to the hitch. The Quality shop crew run the power to the back of the car that was removed from the vehicle he traded and are lucky it didn't burn anything up.

I walked into the used car superstore at 3:30, and drove away in a new car at 7:30! I got an awesome deal and excellent coverage! I have had my car for 2 weeks now, and I love it! There was a hiccup in the process of getting my car certified through the dealership, but Mike went over and beyond to help me get the issue fixed! Mike was super helpful throughout the entire process, and has continued to be an excellent point of contact for all of my questions and referrals. I can’t recommend Quality Chrysler enough!

Despite investing heavily in these warranties with the expectation of peace of mind, she continues to be hit with additional charges and is constantly met with excuses and recommendations for costly repairs that should already be covered. This feels like a clear case of taking advantage of someone who simply trusted the business to honor its commitments. It is deeply upsetting to see a company treat a long-time customer — especially a elderly woman — as an opportunity to upsell rather than to support.
