Quality Collision does great work! But for some reason they can’t get your truck repaired in a quick and descent timely manner. My 2013 Freightliner was hit and damaged on the left side and the engine needed to be in-framed. Had it towed to Quality the day of the accident Oct.29th 2020 just picked it up July 21, 2021. Truck was to be ready first week in January 2021. After loosing my job and being promised my truck would be ready next week for the next 6 months, I had to retain a Lawer to intervene and let the law firm deal with them. The 4 stars is because of the quality of work they perform. Why? I believe their service will get better after this pandemic 😷 situation is over.

This is the place you take your Semi truck if you need any body work what's so ever. Our truck was hit by a hail storm in Alabama after the route was complete and we brought it here. Very professional and honest individuals that go above and beyond to keep you as a customer happy. Fair warning ! The work gets done so well and they're so busy that you will have to sacrifice a little more time for that.

I had my truck pipmed out here with hazard lights, head lights, rims, tires, tarping system and door adjustment on my new dump box. I highly recommend taking your truck here for all your body work needs and more. Ask for Fidel or Herb they handeled everything is a professional manner and even sent me updates and pictures on my phone as the work progressed. I would defently come back here in the future and highly recommend them for all your truck needs.

Hate to pile on guys.. but after reading Andres review knowing he does the suspension and alignment stuff...then he writes his own reviews? Shady!! Kinda pushed me off the fence. My steer alignment was 1.5 in the wrong direction when they finished. Didn't feel right so I took it to Parkhouse. They didn't have much good to say and don't consider Quality competition rather a boost to their sales. Says it all. They're quick to find an reason why things didn't get done. No accountability just broken promises. If you like orange peel and fish eye in your paint this is the shop to let do your body work. Note to the owner.... Booked an appointment for an truck alignment a week before, i’m from nor-cal. I arrive to set appointment and was told come back in 2 hours. Got a call at 4pm saying they have not started alignment due to previous truck took longer then expected. Fine that’s understandable stuff happens no biggie. Was told come back in the morning it’ll be ready. Came back next day was told it’d another 4-6 hours. I took my truck & got it aligned it somewhere else.
