She worked tirelessly with the insurance companies to make sure I got exactly what I needed, and she absolutely would not take no for an answer. After someone backed into my Mazda, I had to replace the entire back gate. What could have been a stressful, drawn out process ended up feeling almost too easy thanks to Laurel and the entire team. I had an outstanding experience with Alec at Quality Collision Repair Center in Garland, Texas. My Lance 2285 had significant exterior wall damage caused by slide movement after hitting a pothole, and my insurance company initially denied the claim, calling it “wear and tear.” Alec went above and beyond to advocate for me. He carefully documented the damage, explained exactly how it occurred, and worked directly with the insurance company to prove it was not “wear and tear”. I got a new bumper for my Mazda MX five. It is the soul red Mazda color very hard to mix right and match these friendly folks at Quality Collision Repair did an excellent job and matched the paint perfectly as if it were a factory finish very quick service also one day for my bumper. If I ever need Collision Repair/painting again I will certainly use these friendly folks.

Randy and crew did a great job on my car. A friend scraped the side and ground effects. I finally had a chance to get it fixed. My mechanic at Brakes and More referred me to Quality Collision and the rest is history. They matched the paint great which was no small feat as it was a custom paint job in the first place.
