Quality Collision

The reviews for this place are hit are miss. It is difficult to understand how they can do good work for some and terrible for others. They charged a family member nearly 10,000 for work that was not completed, and done with poor quality parts and yes, we had the bumper redone and saw the gorilla glue you used under there. Poor workmanship. I am quite sure they will respond something like 'you've never been here, or I don't know who you are...' Anyhow, shame on you for scam you pulled.

I got in a car accident. It was a traumatic experience. I took my car to Quality Collision and the people there are incredible. They gave me a reasonable quote and they had my car back to me in a week! Joe and the guys at the shop definitely took care of me. They made me feel like a top priority and for that I'm thankful. My car looks like the accident never happened.

I was in an accident in July and brought my car in, it took almost 4 months for parts to come in. My brother is a mechanic and pointed out several things wrong. The hood was not fitting right , it was sticking up and was difficult to even open and took two people. It also was dented and parts of the front had holes in the grill part. My auto start wouldn’t work because the hood wasn’t on correct. They left an entire tool sitting inside my car hood. My rotors ended up rotting away while it sat there and I had replace them (the rotors were only a few months old when I had my accident). My headlights are still broken. I used quality collision when my car was hit randomly in a parking lot. I received 3 quotes, 2 in which were very similar. Quality collision told me my car wouldn't be ready for 5 days which I was upset about but the comparable location told me 3 days. After talking to these locations that were comparable, I chose quality collision because I was working directly with Mark who was honest, derailed and did not take advantage of me because I was a female. My car was hit on the driver side back door which was hard to repair, when I got it back in looks like it was never hit. Mark made sure my car was the exact color that it was before and in the condition of a brand new car which is what I was so scared of. Great shop with even better staff! I am very pleased with how fast they were able to get my car in and fixed. The owner even sat down with me and discussed the different prices on parts before fixing the problem to give me an ideal on price. I found that to be very considerate. Call Joe when you have car trouble!
