Quality Color Collision Center

I have used quality collison center in the past with excellent service. This time has been a disaster. They call and say the car is ready and every time I get there, there’s something wrong with it. The door panel was hanging off, The trim on the side of the door at the window was hanging off. There’s always an excuse for it. They didn’t replace Some of the parts they were supposed to so then they had to order the parts told me to come in so they could put them on and then we get there and the parts didn’t show up, but nobody ever called me. They tried to cover some of the stuff up that they made mistakes on. They were supposed to come pick the car up at my house and then they never showed up. I had to get some front and rear end damage repaired on my Chevy Silverado. Rick and the entire staff were very helpful in dealing with the insurance and rental car company and keeping me informed on status of the repairs. The truck came out beautiful after just a few days. Job well done

Amazing service…..Amazing work can’t even tell my car was messed up. My car was even cleaned when I got it back. Staff was very nice and updated me when necessary. They made the process a lot easier. Hopefully, I never have to go back, but if I do, I would definitely go back to them!!

Just like the mechanics at their dealerships (Quality Kia) these people are the best around! Due to the great service from their mechanics at their dealership decided to use them when our car got rear ended. They were able to get us in quicker than any one local, worked with me to have it done early so I could pick it up on a day off, and replaced all the components that I was most concerned about.
