Dropped my truck off with them on October 2nd 2025 and was quoted 2 weeks for a transmission rebuild, after 5 weeks the transmission still had not been delivered back until 6 weeks into the build. After another week of going up there because I was told I would get a call back and never did or would have no answers except on a couple of occasions I was able to get my truck. After I got it home I was hearing a loud metal clanking from the mid section and discovered they did not tighten any of my transmission crossmember bolts and they were able to move almost 2 and a half inches in and out hanging in by about 3-5 threads. I didn't what to have to do this because Randy is an enjoyable guy to deal with however, i paid alot of money to have a Hamilton Cam kit installed on my 2024 Ram and the technician butchered the job, i got my truck back with missing and loose bolt on my entire front end, missing bolts for my head lights, miss aligned intercooler, and the list goes on, they did allow me to bring the truck back and have myself the technician try to correct some of the issues, but there was just too much done wrong to deal with in a day, im very disappointed.

I would give zero Stars if I could, I had a horrible experience with Quality Diseal -they ordered the wrong wiring harness, had to wait 3 weeks for it and then figured out it was the other wiring harness, that is discontinued! Ended up pushing three pins back in the connector and charged me $650 bucks - 4 Weeks later!!! This is what they gave me and told me not to worry about the bracket and uncovered wires that it wasn't that big of a deal! Stay away go to another diesel mechanic

They replaced the windshield washer pump, swapped out the lower control arm, mounted and balanced new Hankook tires, and even repaired a flat. I’ve brought two vehicles to Randy and his team, and both times I’ve been nothing but satisfied. 5/5 stars from me. I rarely take my vehicles anywhere but my own garage, I have total peace of mind bringing them to QDP. It’s a great deal of relief knowing I won’t be overcharged and the work will be done properly.
