Took my car for some minor repairs. Did a through inspection and found nothing that needed attention. Didn't try to sell things that didn't need repairs. Honest and Fair prices. Brian is a Top Notch Mechanic.

****** Brian is worth SIX stars, at least!! ****** He got me out of a real jam with my 2006 Ram diesel. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had as a customer, ever. Read on, as I’ll explain why I know more than a little bit about customer service…. I was in Medina, getting some transmission work done and my truck shut down at an intersection due to a fueling problem with an aftermarket lift pump. I’m not from the area, so after I got it towed off the road, I started looking for mechanics. I’m a retired Reliability Engineer so I’m VERY PARTICULAR (most folks would say “difficult”) about who works on my stuff. Brian’s shop is in Mentor (which is almost an hour from Medina), but I chose his shop, based on the reviews on multiple platforms—not just the stars, folks… READ THE REVIEWS…

Went grocery shopping in the early morning on a Saturday and came out, started the car and a few seconds latter the battery saver mode light come on.. The alternater went bad, called on Quality Gas and Diesel around 8:15 am. Brian wasn't in the shop yet since it was a Saturday, but ordered what was needed and I met him at his shop around 11a and the new part was already there, and a few hours later I was driving home! Mind you he had other jobs in the shop he was working on, but since my situation was dire, he took care of me quickly and got me back on the road for a good price. He is my mechanic now! Great service and great price for a quality job. A1 service!

I had an awful experience with this diesel mechanic. From the start, he was rude and dismissive, acting like my concerns about my truck weren’t worth his time. The service was sloppy—my engine was still leaking oil after he “fixed” it, and I found loose bolts he didn’t bother tightening. He overcharged me for parts I later found were never replaced. When I called to complain, he was outright disrespectful, talking over me and refusing to take responsibility. Avoid this shop at all costs—terrible service and zero professionalism. Seriously do not go here. How am I fake when I’ve had this account for 9 years ?? You are the worst mechanic I’ve ever went to.
