Quality Plus Automotive Service

The people that work at this facility seem to be very honest and not hungry for money. It can be very scary taking your car to a repair shop because you never know when someone is going to try to just take money from you. I first had my son bring his car here because the oil change from the dealership was way too much money and they ended up saving him about $50. I then had to bring my vehicle in for a tire rotation and they saved me about $100 compared to what the dealership wanted to charge me. I own a Volkswagen and the nice thing is they are authorized to fix my vehicle which not every repair shop can do that. I’m definitely going to bring my car back in the future.

We bought our Volkswagen in for repair and was very pleased with the work that was done. It runs very smooth. Everyone that works at Quality Plus was very nice, they explain everything in detail so that you are able to understand. The waiting area is very nice and comfortable. We will be bringing our other cars here for service in the future. Thank you!

A truly great experience from start to finish! I took a chance having my car towed to Quality Plus for the first time when my car wouldn't start. I'm happy I did! They were able to diagnose a fuel pump failure and complete the job quickly. The car works great so far! Customer service was excellent. The team was highly knowledgeable, super friendly, kind, calm, reasonable, and not pushy at all. They were able to honestly tell me what needed to be done now, versus what could wait a little longer. The shop and office were both really clean. All of the little details showed that they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers, from the snacks in the waiting area to the cookie and cute quote left in the car when I picked it up! I'm newer to the area and happy to have found a place to take

Quality Plus is more than just a name. Scheduling an appointment was very simple and Chris made sure that my questions and concerns were addressed promptly. Quality Plus puts their customers first and that is a rarity to find in this industry. Everyone at Quality Plus went above and beyond for me and kept me informed on everything. I will not go anywhere else for my automotive needs after my experience with Quality Plus. I highly recommend that you visit them for your automotive needs. The only regret you will have is not visiting them sooner.
