Quality Tire Outlet

This is the only place in Roanoke I will buy tires. They’re very knowledgeable about the tires. Service is fast and easy. I had a flat while out of town was quoted $350 for a tire. I drove back to Roanoke on the spare and the tire quality tire was only $150 installed. If you are also in a pinch until the next paycheck, they have quality used tires as well.

Please explain to me why your shop manager sold me 2 tires that are not truck tires ? How can we remedy this situation? The tires are horrible but yet you sold them to me and installed them likely knowing they aren't for trucks..

Just went in there today to replace my right passenger side tire and the gentleman behind the counter was very dismissive. Said he doesn't have used tires even though the description on his website says new and used tires. Courted me $140 for a tire brand new. Good price for a brand new tire but just a customer service alone would make me not ever want to go there again. Do need some manners and they need to fix our website if they don't sell any used tires take it off your website.
