I was looking for a place to replace my windshield after a sheet of came off a 18 wheeler and hit my front windshield in Fort Worth . I saw the business sign and pulled up. Had to be God sent cause not only did they have my window but I didn’t pay no more than $300 to get it fixed. Mind you I called and tried to find a window and out of 4 places it started at $1000 and the lowest was $450. I knew they were scamming. But these people gave me an outstanding quote and did top notch work. A husband and wife team. The best auto glass replacers in the Funk ( Fort Worth, Tx ) hands down , you need a windshield they are your people , Can’t lose Fam. Quality Total Auto Glass is the best ! 5 Stars !!!

They did a rear window for me and a few days later i called because the window was falling off. I called them to see if they could fix it since it had “life time warranty” and they said no. That the warranty didn’t cover the cheap glue that I could pay them to come back re install it and use a better quality glue but I had to pay for everything. Word of advice stay away from these people.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!! I had a appointment at 9am today to get the rear passenger quarter glass replaced. They said it would be a hour. Several hours pass by and nothing. I called and they said that the glass they have was not the same. They have the vin make and model of the vehicle. Im like ok. So many hours pass by again and nothing. I called them and they said they had to get the glass from dallas. It’s almost 5 o clock and the car was outside with no glass. So i went inside and ask whats going on with the vehicle . The owner was just laughing and saying that it would be done it 10 min and we don't like it we can get the car and leave. No respect or courtesy to call the cust and let them know whats going on. Avoid this place and go somewhere else.

I set an appointment early in the week for a Saturday morning. First appointment according to the lady. Here we are Saturday and no one showed up for the appointment. I called the office and they didn't even know where the employee was. They sent me a text saying he was going to be an hour late. Here we are an hour and a half later and still nothing. I called again and of course, they didn't know nothing AGAIN. Apparently the driver had issues with the truck. Then after I called again he had issues with no GPS. The person on the phone passed the call to another lady and she was rude asking if I still wanted to continue with my appointment. I asked her what type of customer service doesn't call the customer to let them know there is issues or that they will be late. She wasn't concerned w

These people are amazing. The installer came to my work and fixed my windshield before lunch!! They saved me quite a bit and came in well less than other places quoted. Definitely recommending them to friends and family!!!!
