Quality Towing and Recovery

We had plans to move our 40 ft. container on Saturday that fell through. I called Quality Towing and Recovery as soon as I realized we were stuck. He came out Sunday morning. He expertly moved the container to the perfect spot. He didn't damage the yard, the container, or any plants or trees. I was impressed with his skill with the truck and trailer. He was polite, efficient, and his price is very reasonable. I appreciate him coming out on a Sunday and finishing a job another company messed up. I don't know of any other company in the Trinity area that would or could do that. I highly recommend Quality Towing and Recovery to anyone in a bind.

I was passing through AL on a vacation when my car broke down. Alex and James were sent out to assist. They arrived quickly. The compassion and dedication they had to complete the job as quickly as possible will forever be unmatched. They were amazing. We were informed every step of the way, they went above and beyond to ensure we were safe and my children were ok. We could not have ask for better service. They really made the difference for our family in such a stressful time. We are so thankful for them! They truly offer quality service!

We have an extended warranty on our car and was told to bring it to Quality for repair because they honor the warranty. After keeping the car for a month and after several phone calls and visits, we were told they didn’t want to honor the warranty. A MONTH. 10/10 would not recommend this business.

Please be aware of this company!!! Had my car towed and was out of town and knew I would be for a few days and was more then happy to do business with this company and even let it stay and pay the fees it would cost but the 450$ processing fee on top of the tow and other fees is beyond ridiculous I’ve called several other companies and this is the only company in Decatur that does this and has this ridiculous fee.. I will make sure I go on every local What’s Happening in Decatur and surrounding areas to let them know about this fee so everyone saves money and uses a legit and honest company

My semi truck had a minor issue and the police required it to be towed off the roadway. I asked the driver to take my truck and trailer to a local mechanic. He said it was a dirt road and he didn't want to tow it there. He then offered to do the repairs at his yard. Once we realized his shop couldn't do the minor repair same day, we agreed to tow the truck to the first mechanic. The driver stated the fee was a $1,000 and he couldn't give me a break because he was contacted by the police. He said IF he needed to drop my trailer and deliver the truck and trailer separately he would charge me more. We both agreed and he delivered my truck and trailer. Then his company calls to charge me $1,450. I simply called the driver to ask why I'm being charged so much when the only price quoted wa
