Quality Towing & Recovery

Took exceptional care of my car while they had it for 2 days, never a fun time when a State Trooper has your car towed but Quality Towing made the process painless and worry-free. Even went as far as having the mirrors folded in when parked and cleaned/knocked off their shoes before they got in it!

The driver who was in charge of my tow was great, Hooked my vehicle up real quick got it on the flatbed. Then he dropped it off at my house. We struck up a good conversation on the ride. Very personable. Hope he does well

Company towed a vehicle without cleaning off snow/ice this past Friday. When driving it caused chucks of ice to fly off the vehicle being towed at multiple other vehicles driving. Resulted in damage to my vehicle. Company should know better. Luckily the damage is only to my vehicle this could literally cause a deadly accident.

This past weekend, my car broke down on the highway and I was stuck at a local gas station. Thankfully, Quality Towing, specifically Alex, was able to get my car from Leominster to Boston. He was not only ready to tow, but also to do it at a very fair price. Couldn’t be happier with the promptness and professionalism!

They were great to work with! we broke down and needed a tow for our trailer and they were responsive and showed up within a half an hour.
