Andy is great. He gave me a fair price on some general repairs and he provided me with great customer service. He went above and beyond by helping me to jump start my car when the car broke down the road and I was about to be late for an important meeting. Very happy with this shop and both the work performed and the management. Back over the summer I got the best alignment I've had in years. I like working with Andy and his shop so much I'm actually fixing things proactively again –not just when I break down– since I can trust their good work and fair prices: I haven't done that in years. And since I've been bringing cars here, I haven't broken down again. He's been catching stuff, prioritizing it, reminding me of stuff that's getting marginal and doing so well in advance, so I can plan. So glad to have finally found Quality Automotive: I feel kinda silly it took so long. I grew up here.

Been going to them since I started driving, but the family has been going since mid/late 2000s. Never had a problem that couldn't be solved. Trustworthy and willing to put in the extra effort. Saved me a few hundred dollars on tires!
