Quantrell Subaru Service Center

I have always been satisfied with the service at Qua trellis Subaru. Friendly, transparent on the work and cost. Worth the drive to Lexington.

It was ok but they still didn't diagnose problem with car. Was like going for a oil change and them wanting more for another filter,or quart. Could be easier to take a car two hours away than this. Perhaps they can find problems 🤔. People working were nice though. Perhaps it needs new owners,or management. I've had worse from audi though.

We had a great experience with service rep Haley Donahue. There was a minor hiccup, but she was able to fix it with ease. She’s so kind and caring. We just love her. Thanks Hayle!

The best Cadillac service I have ever experienced. Traveling from Atlanta and had car issues. I called and as luck would have it I got Dustin on the phone and he told me to come in and that he would make sure I am taken care of and back in the road! Thank you Dustin for your professionalism and smile!

Experienced technicians. I've been coming to this service dept for several years and technicians are reliable. I've gotten great service from some advisors. An area for improvement is customer communications. They have switched to a text system for updates, which is great, but it's impossible to get a timely response. When staff are out, there's no follow through or timely communication with customers. I've observed this a few times, which is frustrating. I will happily update my review to five stars once customer service improves.
