*** UDPDATE*** Because I left my honest review, on my experience They are now refusing to warrenty their repairs. If you're going to quote somebody a price. Stick with it.. Not only should you do all of the work you told your customer. You were going to do, but it should be at the price you quoted them at. There should be no surprises. Now I understand, when you pop the hood, things can change, but this was not the case.... I called Quartz Hill Auto for a quote for my 100,000 mile maintenance. She told me what would be involved in said maintenance. I accepted their quote and took my car in their next available appointment. Now, at that appointment, I authorized them to look at and fix the cause of my emissions issue as well. When I picked up my car, they did not do all of the 100,000 mai

Very disappointed in the time that they take to fix your car every part seems to be a “special order” had to take car back after they supposedly fixed it twice. Was told they were great but my experience has been anything but great

Both interactions I've had with the lady up front on two separate occassions, have been less than satisfactory. Her attitude sucks! She will be the downfall of this business if you dont replace her quickly. I will take my business elsewhere.
