Your staff was wonderful! They were helpful every step of the way. My car looks great and I'm happy at how quickly the work was done during this busy time of year.

Never take your your care there for any reason. My car was driven 164 miles while in their care and why. I have pictures of the technician in the drive thru at Dutch brothes getting coffee, and the was the car looked afterward.

Sinc zero is not an option. Repaired a car that should have been totalled. Never fixed frame no having to replace what they charged insurance for in order to drive car. Aggressive interactein when you attempt to resolve issue. Returned car with tires with gouges from accident. 2 years later still replacing what they claimed to repair

Overall my experience was Amazing, only missed opportunity would have been better communication on service advisor to keep me updated throughout process or what was missing on the vehicle. I had to call and leave a message to make sure the car was going to be ready on the promised date of the Text message I had received which it was not, I found this out by calling again because my voicemail for a call back was never returned. I needed to confirm the date because I was in a rental and had to make sure that was taken care of as well. However, customer service when you walk in and do intake is great, as well as time of pick up had my paperwork and vehicle ready to go.
