I went for an oil change and the experience was fast and easy. The only downside is the one female employee has a pretty bad attitude. The oil change took less time (15mins) then it took for her to give me my keys back. She was inputting a whole bunch of unnecessary information in her system asking me where me car was registered etc and i literally came for an oil change. Then she caught an attitude with me when i asked for my keys so i could leave after the service was already paid for and done. She asked me several times where my car was registered and i didn’t really understand why but literally every other person in the shop was nice and welcoming. The customer service was highly disappointing, and their communication skills are lacking. I would not recommend them under any circumstances.

Had a few good visitations, but recently it's gone downhill. I came for an old change a month ago, and now I got a notification in my car saying I need to change my oil. I check and the oil is not only low BUT black as well! They charged me $80 for what? For nothing. Now I need to waste more time and money somewhere else to get the job done. I'm going to jiffy from now on where at least I know it'll get done right. Not coming back here again.
