I should have known this would be a bad choice due to the few reviews and dates those reviews were posted. Save yourself the trouble and go with a different business. In the beginning, Caroline was great and communicative to set up an appointment to replace my broken back windshield. I appreciated the swift response. But that's no longer the case. After installation, the driver failed to tell me that the aftermarket part they got wasn't the correct part for my car so I got it tinted over the weekend. When I asked Caroline what these weird charging cable bits sticking out were, she explained that wrong part was ordered. She explained that she leaves work on Fridays at 12 and the driver tried to get in touch with her to explain that it's the wrong part. I don't understand why he couldn't te

Lucio did an amazing job. I have a 2019 Honda Odyssey and had to change the front windshield. He could not make the initial time he promised. We rescheduled to another time, and he did an excellent job. The reason why he rescheduled was the front glass he originally thought about putting in my car had a scatch. He only had one in stock and he had to purchase another one for my car. The new glass was in excellent condition. The new glass was more expensive, but Lucio did not charge me and he only charged what was initially promised to me. I had Metro transponder and camera on the glass and Lucio transferred exactly as they were before. I highly recommend Lucio for auto glass changes. He is honest and his work is more than excellent.

One of the greatest services in this field is the best way I can describe my experience with them. Was in need to replace the front windshield of my 2016 Kia Sorento and they came thru. Not only did I professional service from the first initial intake call but their service is mobile which relieved me of the hassle of having to visit different window glass locations for estimates. Not only with their prices the best compared to other local shops but the convenience of them having to come to my residency replacing my windshield was the best professional service performed.
