Quick Lane at Anderson Ford

We want to thank Anderson Ford and Quick Lane!! They really helped us out. We needed a repair on our 2023 F150 truck but didn’t have the time to bring it in. Quick Lane came to my husband’s employer and picked up the truck , repaired it and brought it back. Everyone was so kind !! Thumbs up to Quick Lane And Anderson Ford !! Thank you so much !!

Had an oil change that I used my rewards points to pay for and that went fine. However I had a service light issue that turned out to be a failed ignition coil. After replacement the told me issue did not go away but would have to pay for installed new coil but would not charge me labor. However when the bill came, it was over $140. Bill was riddled with many other unscrupulous fees and charge! This coil costs about $80 at Advanced Auto and they probably get them (as a dealer) from Ford for half the price. This was day light robbery and I am never going back there again!

Been going to Anderson Ford for many years and my last couple of visits have been nothing but problems. But this does it . Had an oil change and brakes done on Friday and now on Monday I am stranded on the highway in 100 degree heat and all Ford can do is tell me how sorry they are. I know they are sorry and I will not be waisting MY MONEY with them anymore. They used to be so good. What a shame.

I had a random check engine light come on right before I was supposed to be in Atlanta. I called around and got denied at almost every place except this one where I was met with a very friendly voice telling me to come on by. The service was absolutely exceptional, timely, and friendly. They consistently gave me updates on when I should be up and running again and even gave me 15% off. I will most definitely be coming back. Incredible staff and I have had no further issues with my car since taking it to them. Cannot recommend them enough

Quick Lane at Ford Anderson is amazing. I take my 4-Runner in for routine maintenance and always have excellent service. My car runs like top due to the diligence of this team. The manager is always courteous and takes time to provide me with my car needs and care instructions. I will continue coming to this location!! Customer service is 5 Star!!!!!
