Quick Lane at Bluebonnet Motors

Once again Bluebonnet exceeded my expectations. You can’t beat their customer service.I know that because I listen to friends who use other dealerships and they don’t come close to the excellence Bluebonnet provides. I also back up my statement by saying I have been with Bluebonnet for four years and I have not had one bad experience. This trip to the Quick Lane for an oil change was another great experience. Jose took care of me. As cars age more service is recommended for optimum performance. As I looked at the list and prices I was overwhelmed and asked Jose to help me with what I really needed. Not only did he eliminate some items he reminded me of my reward points which also dropped the price another $200.00. Again, Bluebonnet thank you for another great experience.

Service advisor was professional and knowledgeable. Had an appointment, service took a few hours. I had “The Works” service done which included oil change, tire rotation, top off fluids and multi-point inspection. My tires were inflated to 50psi when the correct tire pressure was 35psi and they did not identify that I had a ripped windshield wiper that needed to be replaced.

Appointment for oil change, believe they were also to top off fluids and rotate tires. I am guessing they did as nothing was stated on service once truck was ready. For the price, i think thr oil should be Full Synthetic..Truck got in slightly before Appointment time and it took about 90 minutes... seems a little long but I think dealers are all about the same.. overall a good experience..

Blue Bonnet Ford Quick Lane did a great great job. John was my service advisor and did an outstanding job! He immediately greeted me when I arrived to have my road damaged tire repaired. I was driving on the spare. John took the damaged tire in and the Blue Bonnet team determined the tire could not be repaired. I had purchased a tire and rim protection policy when I purchased my truck at Blue Bonnet. John coordinated everything with the third party provider. The Blue Bonnet team mounted and balanced a new tire on the rim, installed the wheel on my truck, and put my spare back in place on the truck. John and the Blue Bonnet Quick Lane team took outstanding care of me and my truck. Good job!

Had a really good experience getting my oil change and brakes done. The staff were friendly and professional, everything was handled quickly, and they kept me informed the whole time. My truck feels great now. I’ll definitely be back.
