Quick Lane at Chuck Spaeth Ford

I've been utilizing Quick Lane services for oil changes, minor maintenance issues for a couple years now. The service over the phone and at the front counter has always been pleasant with all of the fine young ladies. The service technicians are quite fast and reliable altogether. Over the phone I was told they could do what I had needed them to do (electrical related). In-store they said they could do what I needed them to do. When I went to pick my vehicle up they said they weren't able to do what I requested and that I'd have to send it to the other part of their shop (which I assume would cost even more so I said no thanks). They also charged way too much for an oil change, especially when I didn't even get to choose what type of oil. I've never paid so much for an oil change and to be told they couldn't actually do what they said they would. However, it wasn't all bad. They had brought to my attention an issue I wasn't even aware of and their vehicle inspection list is fairly extensive. That made me feel like they really do care about the customer and that the
