Quick Lane at Cornerstone Auto

I brought my 2017 Kia Sorento here for a quick oil change. The inside was packed, but I was still greeted within seconds of walking in. The person working up front (April?) was very professional and pleasant. She did a great job explaining the different services and how each was. I was able to get my car checked in and walk out the door within a few minutes. On top of that, she explained that this was my 5th oil change so that this one was on the house! Service was fast, thorough, and professional. Highly Recommend this place if you need an oil change!

If you have the ford maintenance plan and want a true ford experience I wouldn't recommend this place. Used them once for my oil change and multi point inspection, they didnt winterized fluids unless its already winter. Asked how we can avoid this in the future and only option is to get my oil change during winter. Just trying to find a solution for the future and the women at the counter getting upset and said we have no way to only give your car the correct fluid. She said their normal fluid is rated -10 and that was not a true statement. Really disappointed. According to my maintenence plan with Ford any temperature under 40 I should have received the correct fluids based on how the vehicle is engineered. Nothing quick about it. I’ve been here three times in the last week and been told every time the wait was anywhere between 2 and 4 hours. I attempted to call today and got no answer so made the drive and was told anywhere from 2 to 3 hours again. They also don’t take appointments on Saturdays, And will tell you flat out that their schedule is booked out weeks in advance. When the work has been completed in the past, it has been quality, but waiting three hours for an oil change is asinine. If you need oil change or any service, you better be l aware of it a full month in advance. The folks at the front desk are always nice and apologetic. Unfortunately, my business will now go elsewhere.

We started to use Quick Lane regularly the past few years because of their consistent customer service. Wait times have always been decent and we have found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and prices are decent. My recent experience adds to their five star service. After getting our Pacifica serviced for an upcoming trip, I drove home and immediately started to hear a new noise coming from the front tire. I pulled in my driveway (only a few miles away) and my warning light came on indicating no tire pressure. I drove back and the Quick Lane Manager Ross Erickson greeted me “what’s wrong, you just left”. I told him what happened and he personally took in the van ahead of the waiting cars.
