Quick Lane at Detroit Lakes Ford

"Minnesota Nice" is alive and well! We drove to DL on vacation from out of state and noticed the engine splash shield had come loose on our car during the drive. It was a Saturday afternoon, and all the appointments were filled--cars were lined up outside of each bay. The guy in charge said they would take a look, and he decided it would be a quick fix. They took care of it, and we've had no trouble since. I can't say how appreciative we were for the kindness and solid work.

Absolutely incredible service, they were able to help my family in a bind far away from home when every other place in town let us down. The employees here are very accommodating and personable. So grateful for these kind people helping us when we thought we would have to sleep in our truck haha!

I've gotten 2 oil changes here and both times had great experiences. The staff are super nice and I especially taken a liking to a lady who works in the quick lane department. Everyone was so accommodating and just overall amazing. Thank you guys! Also, I made a gift drawing for the lady who works in quick lane. I don't know her name but I think she's amazing.

Took my car in for an oil change and inspection. I had previous knowledge of a few issues but wanted the car looked at a little better to know what else I possibly needed to get repaired. They said nothing of my previous issues even though I hadn’t said anything prior and when I was getting ready to leave they told me the suspension was making noise. If I was getting an inspection why didn’t anyone look at my suspension to see what was potentially the issue? There’s also oil on my pulleys now that I assume was spilled and left during the oil change. Pictures show wet spots around pulleys.
