Quick Lane at Fred Beans Ford of Boyertown

Took my vehicle here for an inspection. The service advisor was very professional and was straight to the point. They didn’t try to upsell me anything that I didn’t need and when I declined the recommended maintenance they didn’t push any further. Got it done in about an hour on a Saturday. The waiting room was nice and seemed clean. I appreciated the quality service I received here and will take my car here to get inspected again in the future.

I will never use this place again. Typical dealer service center. I took my 2019 vehicle in with 17000 miles to them for an inspection and emissions test. I had a 49.95 coupon but as usual with dealers, they use the coupons to get you in and then hit you with repairs that they say you need. They charged me $50 to change a brake light. Had I known they were going to rip me off, I would have done it myself. I doubt the bulb was even out but shame on me for not double checking to avoid be taken advantage of. I know dealer service centers are shady but I thought I was safe this time. Obviously not. Do yourself a favor and always use your local mechanic and not this place.

Mike Trapp is outstanding in service and accommodation. I bring all of my household vehicles to him and he gets us taken care of every single time. He’s certainly an asset to the organization and while the techs are great, Mike provides flawless customer service, consistently.
