Quick Lane® at Future Ford

I would like to start with I do not expect anything from posting this, it has been several months since I was here. I just wanted to give people a warning when considering taking your car here. Last year I saw there was a recall for the door latches on my fiesta st. So I decides to bring my car here because I had a great time buying the car at the dealership here and have had a couple things done at this service center over the several years I've had the car. They tell me it'll be a reasonable time frame, I go home, get a call saying its done. When I come back the doors aren't even closed properly, one of my windows is off the track, and when I point it out the rep was just as surprised as me. Two visits ago, I was told by the Ford dealership that my battery needed to be replaced. I paid $250 to have it replaced. The battery died about six months later. I took it to a competing service station and they replaced it with a brand new battery for much less. On this visit, my Check Engine Light came on. I was told that the diagnostic would take one day. Since we are a single vehicle household, I asked if they could give me a loaner or a rental. They said NO. Most car companies offer loaner vehicles as a courtesy. NOT FORD. The diagnostic took two days, and the repair took one day (to replace an O2 sensor). I paid for a rental vehicle for three days (nearly $300). Additionally, I paid $260 for the diagnostic and $208 for the O2 sensor repair, for a total of nearly $500 to Ford. Most r
