Quick Lane at Garber Automall

I’ve bought cars from Garber since the 1990’s and all have been serviced at Garber. Heather has been my service advisor for many years and now with the convenience of the Quick Lane service it has been a great service experience. I will always bring my vehicles to this dealership. They are outstanding in every aspect and have always taken care of me from service to sales. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I brought our Grand Cherokee in on Saturday February 21st for an oil and filter change and an alignment also. The alignment gave the tech a few minor issues, but he stayed late attempting to complete it and was unbothered by it that I could tell. Heather Pratt stayed as well, long after closing to make certain it was handled. The tech(Quincey I believe?), Heather and myself agreed to stop the process so they as well as myself could go home and enjoy our weekend. She made certain to get us back in promptly to remedy the procedure completely and even delivered the vehicle to our home! Heather and her crew went above and beyond as always. Oil change and tire rotation. Same day appointments available. Staff was friendly and the truck got in right on time. Technician even pointed out a missing part that should have been there when I purchased. Out in under an hour. Overall great experience.

I brought my vehicle in for a rattling noise ((post a major service repair)) and they discovered the service repair provider didn’t screw a screw in all the way on a shock. They also did a complete safety check for me and got everything taken care of …and with an hour!! Tiffany was awesome and extremely easy, professional and a delight to work with…so was the tech that showed me the problem-he was very respectful and made me feel confident what the issue was. Highly recommend working with these folks—they are great! Thank you fixing my car and for your exceptional service!!

Took my truck to Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center for transmission fluid and front/rear differential fluid replacements and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Troy, my service advisor, was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about keeping me informed throughout the whole process. He got my truck in quickly and gave honest recommendations without pushing unnecessary services. Eric, my tech, was excellent as well. It’s clear he’s highly experienced and takes pride in his work. He was very detail-oriented, worked diligently, and even showed me the bad differential fluid so I could see for myself. The job was done efficiently and right the first time. Overall, this is exactly the kind of honest, reliable service every customer hopes for. Huge thanks to Troy and
