Overpriced if car is not under warranty. Took my Lincoln in to have a couple of issues looked at - radio volume & cooling seats not working. Spent $150 on diagnosis. They wanted more $ to find what was wrong with the seats and $1800 for the radio itself which I got on ebay for $50. Nothing got fixed and cooling seats not diagnosed. Out $150. When I picked up my Lincoln, there was a half full warm coke cola can inside. I recycled it🙂 Service and waiting area were clean. Service representative communicated well & friendly. Very professional. The driver pick me up service were very timely and professional as well.

I recently visited the QuickLane at Hennessy Ford for an oil change and battery replacement, and it turned out to be the worst experience I've had in the 9 years of owning a Ford. I was at the shop for 4.5 hours after an appointment and when I finally got back into my truck, it pulled so severely to the right that I had to return. They told me I needed a new tire to fix the problem and offered to put the tire back where it was prior to rotation. I wanted to leave, so I agreed. The tire pressure in each tire varied from 43 to 34 psi and shows the attention to detail-see photos of sticker that was left also. The bill came out to $430 for a battery and oil change, which seemed a little high considering the battery came to $290. I tried to figure out the extra costs but ultimately gave up and

I've been going here for years. I ended up falling for the sale of needing my brakes replaced. I was taking a road trip and decided to go ahead and have them replaced along with my normal oil change. My brakes have been squeaking ever since!! They weren't doing that before I got them changed but they are now!! I have a Ford, even tho this is a Ford Dealership.. they don't know how to care for my car. I've been up there 4 times for this issue and get no where! They've lost my business!

The guys up front are nice but their service department needs work. I bring 4 trucks here regularly and the quality of service and turn around time is sub par. If they say the oil change will take two hours it will take at least three. Very hard to run a business and try to manage our time stuck at the dealership. Prices are very high as well. I’d be very ok with even higher prices if they actually fixed my trucks properly and had a semi decent turnaround time and better communication Update: just picked up my truck from basic service and they still can’t get it right. Fast oil change and great customer service when in the shop. However, I found it odd that I was not prompted or asked for what kind of oil I wanted. I had to go back and ask for synthetic. I realize this is not the basic, but I would like to be asked. Also, when you call, the people answering the phones don't give correct info about when you can arrive, so I had to drive back a second time, but overall the actual car service was great.
