Quick Lane at Kendall Ford of Marysville

Every time ive come here it’s been nothing but genuine guys.Not pushy or anything like that. Jess was great with customer service and trying his best to get me options that would work for me. I’ve bought from Kendall before and I can definitely say I’d recommend coming to them every time for your needs!

I'm very very disappointed. For the second time now in just a few months whike getting my oil changed on my 90K raptor. I've watched the mechanics go over the front fender of my truck with their person and the hose while unprotected by a fender mat. There is also hand makes all over the sides of the truck from a tire rotation. After bringing it to their attention, the first time and was told that the problem would be corrected and to have it done on the very next experience is very disappointing.

Terrible unreliable service. I went there for a oil change like I have been for a long time and they turned me away on a Saturday morning around 10:30am unbelievable and unacceptable I have walked in for oil changes many times and all of the sudden they tell you that you need an appointment this place will hit you with the unreliable unexpected outcome when you get there . Don’t come here just go somewhere where you can count on them and won’t treat you like your time dose not matter. This place will treat however they want to based on there circumstances only and not try to make you a happy visitor. So don’t go here just avoid if you can. Not a very good feeling there brother and sister.

I put one star because I really don't like it when I just arrived at the dealer's territory and wanted to look at cars to decide which car to buy, the dealer's employees first of all immediately come up and start to impose something of their own, I bought a car here before but now I won't because these employees don't let me decide which car to buy, so I'll buy from another dealer! I prefer to go up to the dealer's employee myself and ask him before he imposes his advertising on me!

Horrible, unreliable service. Was having noticeable brake issues on F350. They did a visual inspection and told us the brakes are good it's something electric. Go down to Les Schwab only to find that the brakes on both front and back were down to metal. Had to replace rotors and brake pads on the front and back. Would not recommend quick lanes at all.
